I believe @jimothy was stating his opinion on the matter when he said he didn't understand why people shut the system off. So it's his opinion that it should be left on.
If he said someone was an idiot for turning it off, that would be judgement.
That's just my opinion ;)
I have it, like it, and do tow. My travel trailer is about 6,900-7,000lbs. It's supposed to help the truck get off the line better when towing and it does do that. Have you noticed (when not towing) that when you pull away from a stop, the throttle feels a little "touchy" or "agressive"? I...
Did a Vroom quote just now and it came back $42,869. I am the second owner and I have 36,250 miles on it and paid $42,204 after TT&L back in January of this year. The MSRP was $50,845. NADA shows average trade in value is $43,250.
This is not my truck. Was at the dealer having some work done on my truck and saw this being unloaded. Is that puff of white smoke anything to be concerned about?
No, it's not burn in. The images aren't there when I first start the truck. Then the images that get ghosted change depending on what screen was there before. When I'm listening to YouTube Music app on CarPlay, it will show the previous song title and album art underneath the current song and...
So I took my truck in for an oil change this morning and mentioned to them about the screen ghosting and showed them. They said after the oil change they'd see if the Uconnect system needed an update and if so, run the update and see if that fixed the issue. Well, it did need an update, but it...
Did an interwebs search using Google and found this: https://www.coolbuysite.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=114837495948&source=www.pamelakuhnvoice.com
No idea if trustworthy or not. Just popped up during my search.
Agreed... I did notice this morning (it was 50 degrees outside and I had it set on 72) that the system must know that it needs to be warming the cabin when it is set to warmer than the outside temp, because it was blowing on my feet only. So the blend door has it blowing in the right...
Right... it shouldn't blow anything until the engine heats up and the heater can start blowing warm air. Otherwise, it'll just blow cold air if it starts blowing right away.
Mine starts blowing cold air right away on auto, when it's cold outside. There is something wrong with it.
Back on topic... It's funny that I discovered this subject today. I have noticed that my outside temp gauge shows 20-25 degrees higher than what the outside temp actually is when I first get in and start the truck. It cools down to an accurate reading after several miles of driving though...
Same here. Haven't seen them post anything in a while. Even PM'd them about a problem I was having several months ago and never got a reply. Thought they were gone for good.
