6 to 7 is just an analogy to whatever is the reason is for the misfires code. I was trying say it's probably such an easy thing, it's like the ecu needing one parameter switch from 6 to 7.
It looks like heat is the main reason the new 2025s have a lower tow rating than the old Hemi. This must also be why the HO has a lower rating than the SO. More power, more heat. I know a bigger radiator and trans cooler would cost more but it would give the customer what we want
TFL Truck tested the SO pulling a 11,000 trailer in 91 to 98 degree heat up a long 2 lane road. They had previously tested a 3.5 Ecoboost and Chevy 6.2 1500. Both of those trucks had overheated and they had to stop. The Hurricane made it all the way up with out a problem. But after they stopped...
If the Ram brand can't authorize a simple thing like an engine. Stelantis is not a well run business. Good companies don't micro manage, they put good trustworthy people in charge of their area of expertise. If a CEO has to ok time sheets, they aren't doing their job, they're not doing what...

It's funny that Rams have multiple misfires and bad fuel when the Jeep Wagoneers have not or at least I haven't heard of these issues. My local dealer said thar the 3.0 has been a great engine in the Wagoneers. The Wagoneers electrical issue have been horrible according to the service manager.
Contamination? What about the filter? Fluid getting into the engine? How is this causing the sparkplug to misfire? Is the fluid jumping out of the fuel rail into the computer?
Just my two cents
