I know exactly what you're talking about. I just don't move until the traffic is really moving. There might be 50 ft between me and the next car and I'm sure I look like the habitual texting offender, but I don't care.
Interesting. I have factory 20" and my sticker doesn't list it so maybe it's a 22" wheel thing. Looks like there's a $650 upcharge for it as well. Here's mine.
Yep it's for adding fuel or additives to the capless tank. There are actually two flapper doors inside the pipe that seal the system so most gas cans cannot open the second flap. Here's the refueling section from the owner's manual:
I have 5.7L eTorque with 20" polished wheels. There is no listing on the sticker for an aluminum spare, only a 18" steel listed under standard equipment. I haven't actually checked mine yet, but I will look at it this evening.
I don't think the eTorque upgrade is connected to the aluminum...
This is true except for the inexplicable cargo lights that are still halogen. Not a big issue as you can change them out for about $9, but strange that literally every other light is LED.
Confirmed that this works! Thanks for the tip!
I tried with the engine off and ignition in the run position and it did not work. The engine must be running in order for it to work, but now everything is back to the way it was working before.
Even when it was working the comfort seat feature would not move back to the exact position. I would have to press the memory recall to adjust it.
I had issues with the mirrors begin incorrect when I had the reverse tilt enabled. I have since disabled it because it angles the mirrors too low...
I programmed my memory seats when I first got the truck and it was working fine. Yesterday I could not recall my memory settings. I tried programming it again and the system says that it is set, but every time I try to recall it nothing happens. It doesn't even show the message that the button...
I was experimenting with the themes the other day and I wasn't particularly impressed with the choices. I agree that the blue does not have good contrast and is probably the worst IMO.
Ultimately it doesn't bother me too much. At least there are theme options. I've used many systems that don't...
That is correct. I only had to disconnect the connector on the right side for mine to reset, but both connectors might need to be reconnected.
I don't have a pano roof, but other have stated that you have to disconnect a cross-wire connector in the panel itself on those models in order for the...
I don't believe you can add apps to the system. The app manager is always blank for me too. I believe it's supposed to show existing apps that are running, but I've never seen anything listed in it.
The only way to get Pandora is through Apple Carplay or Android Auto. You can also stream it...
Anyone else lose the Vehicle User Guide app with the latest uConnect update? I know it was there before the update I performed last week. I was looking for it today and it is no where to be found. Anyone have any idea where it went?
I thought that was too much of a coincidence. I have only had the truck for three days. I did the firmware update the second day and all of the sudden the lights and other panel buttons stopped working. I'm thinking maybe an update to the SOS/Assistance system might have caused the issue since...
Same issue here. Re-seating the wires fixed it.
Anyone else experience this immediately after applying Uconnect update or is it just a coincidence for me?
I just got a Laramie this week and it took me a while to figure out the ambient lights. Your trim may differ, but on mine there are additional ambient lights above the glove box, at each door handle, and under the dash. It's very subtle, but if you have it set to maximum brightness you should be...
