I went with supreme suspension. I measured before and after and it was just a tad under a 2 inches. Went from 36inches to 38 in the front. It was a top mount strut extension.

I have to disagree with you on the needing another upper control arm for as little as a 2inch level. Here are the pictures with a 2 inch level on my 19 Ram. Looks almost the same as the stock angle.

Yes I did. Problem is I left it there for 4 hours and the starting noise did not happen. So now I have to leave it overnight. Traveling for the next couple weeks but will leave it by the end of the month.

I live in Florida so I am not too worried about rust. Unless you're saying it will rub the paint off then rust. It is on my list to do but spending money on level/lift and rims first.
