Yeah man I know the feeling. I'm kind of in the opposite situation, I'm holding onto my 2022 Stinger GT until I receive my truck, which is a bit scary because it seems like the used market is cooling off.
Luckily, I ordered 5/10 and the truck was finished & shipped in just under a month on 6/9...
You're talking to the wrong guy, I check 5 times a day every day for the last 2 months 🤣🤣.
Thanks for the info though, system must just be down.
EDIT: Already back up, I can breath again!
Anyone have an issue with "No information is available at this time. Please check back later." coming up when they try to track their truck?
Mine was built 6/9, delivery ETA 7/4 but now that's coming up when I try to track it.
I'm sure everything's fine, I'm not worried, but just bored and...
Sadly, it seems customer service (along with practically every other good thing in society) went out the window as soon as they introduced the scamdemic. No one really cares about anything, employee moral is at an all-time low (if companies can even find employees), and now to top it off...
Can someone explain how the closing process works on ordering through MD? I've never purchased a vehicle and had it shipped before. My delivery estimate is July 4th.
1. Do I sign all the final paperwork and finance stuff online once the truck arrives on their lot (before it's shipped to me?)...
Looks great! What was the shipping date? I see you have "WS" in your signature but I'm not sure if that means shipped or not. Mines was shipped on the 9th to MD and looking to see how accurate their arrival estimate is (tracker says 7/4).
Thanks!
Yeah I saw that same video. Until they fix these issues, no way are they worth the price (I think they are like $300+?).
If they were some eBay special $75 item I'd expect these issues but for $300 absolutely not.
Also don't forget if you park in a garage during the day they're essentially...
Truck has an ETA of 7/7.
Seeing everyone talk about bids for delivery. I need mine shipped to NJ (~1,500mi). Can someone elaborate on exactly how this bid system works?
Do you have to use this bid system, or can they also just give you a fixed rate? Which platform do they use?
Yesterday I got an email that my truck was in production with an estimated ship date of 7/7. This was reflected in the online tracker.
This morning I logged into the tracker again and it went back a step to scheduled, with no estimated ship date.
Interesting.
This is both a blessing and a curse...I got my VON right away and now I do nothing except check 5 times a day- only to see the progress bar never move 😂.
It was ordered May 10, scheduled May 25th (almost 2 weeks ago) and still not in production yet (so I'm stuck in "D" status).
Mines an 8 digit number, so it's possible the dealership made an error when giving you the number. I'd confirm with the dealer that they gave you the proper number.
