He is talking about hub rings, not spacers. Plastic hub rings are fine, and come with most aftermarket wheels. Absolutely nothing wrong with them. I have run them on numerous vehicles with aftermarket wheels. No issues. Once the wheel is torqued, they have served their purpose.
Yeah our current garage is 20x20 but I didn't have a truck when we built this house. So it wasn't a big deal to me. It still isn't really, as I will have a carport to park under. I have always parked outside the garage even when I had cars/trucks that would fit. The outside dimensions of the...
Yeah the door is already built. So can't change it now. Where I will park the garage door opener won't be an issue, thankfully. As long as it fits, that's all I am concerned with. I also plan to get a new carport for extra parking anyway, so it will definitely fit under that. Either way it will...
I do not park in our garage currently as my truck won't fit with my wife's car and all the stuff we have stored in there. But, we are building a new house now (should be done around Christmas) and they made the garage a tad bigger. The inside dimensions from where the garage door will be is...
Are your sway bar end links in the right position? Are they loose? I wouldn't think your suspension is completely worn out on a 2021 Ram. Unless something is just faulty. But highly unlikely. I see you have the Hellwig sway bar, so I would start there. Any other suspension mods?
I've had them on my truck since 1700 miles, I'm at over 27K now with no issues and it's not 100% completely a 2" drop. Mine still has about 1/2" rake. Meaning the drop was only about 1.5" for me.
After almost two years of going back and forth with lowering my truck or leaving it alone, I have decided to leave it alone and simply change to an AT tire and maybe some wheel spacers to get a lil poke out of the factory 20" Night Edition wheels. I don't want anything too aggressive, or too...
It needs an adjustable pan hard bar, adjustable sway bar and depending on how you want it to ride, new shocks. Most of the people say the shocks are the weak link in the kit. I know it's not "too much" for some people. And it is all up to the individual, so...
I'm glad some people are happy...
So many of us who were interested in their drop kit for our trucks will be waiting a lil longer. Some of us were told earlier in the year it would be out by years end. Unfortunately that isn't the case from what they told me.
I was told they were in production with the kit and hope to have it...
The only company making a 4" drop is Maxtrac, and I don't want to use their kit. The front is ok, but the 4" drop from them needs to much extra stuff to make it right. So I will bypass them for now.
The 1" of rake may or may not bother me. I'd like to see one to be able to tell.
I inquired earlier in the year and got the general email several of us got. But still nothing! Anyone else a little disappointed? I know there are a couple others making drop kits, but I simply do not like or want a MaxTrac kit, and I don't want the Inez kit because I don't want my truck that low.
Been hearing this from Belltech for over a year. Emailing back and forth with them, still nothing. I too was patiently waiting on them, but I will likely trade trucks before they come out with their kit.
^^^^^ this. The bottoming out on everything is enough for me to not consider it. I don't want to run air helper bags either as that will stiffen it up even more. So for now I am just going to leave mine as is I believe. I am so afraid to mess with the ride of this truck that I would hate it even...
