As other have said, you have the split tailgate like I do. The brackets in the front eliminate almost all options at the moment.

As I suspected, nothing much happened. Took a quick drive and tried to explain and let them feel it, but it’s not super obvious unless you are driving. Maybe I’m just crazy?

Dropped mine off this morning and got a call back that they couldn’t replicate any vibration issue, which I was figuring they would say.
I’m gonna go in tomorrow to try and do a ride with them to explain it but I don’t have high hopes.

I have an appointment next week for them to check out the vibration I’m feeling. I feel it through the gas pedal and seat the most I think.

Painted the tail pipes, no pics on the truck yet as I just got them back on at night.
I used high temp paint and hit them with a heat gun a few times for 10-15 min stretches. I’m hoping that works since I didn’t want to bake them in our oven.

I haven’t tried the situation you describe, but sounds normal since the tailgate relies on gravity to fall down.... there is no mechanism that pushes it down.

I replaced all emblems with black ones, painted the hood emblem and replaced stock gray 4x4 off road sticker with a black one.
Next up I’ll paint the exhaust tips.
