First thing you probably did according to instruction is disconnecting battery. It takes time (several hours) for all functions of infotainment system to return to normal after battery disconnect.

I also noticed that airflow from driver right vent feels much lower than all other vents. If i close just a passenger right vent all the way, it would greatly improve airflow from driver right vent and air feels colder with/without valve.

I have noticed too occasionally on cold start single Clunk. And after reading more I followed the procedure of removing foot from brake pedal as soon as start button pressed it does not Clunk. If foot left on the brake during an entire start sequence then it Clunks when cold.
Or truck had issues and previous owner traded it in. Try to use all available resources to you when buying used vehicle.
Simple copy paste of VIN numer into myCARFAX app (I use it for tracking maintenance on all my cars) may provide maintenance records, etc.
