Had the exact same problem and I re-torqued all rear trailing arms bolts as the front bolts were loose. I had this to the Dealer on 3 occasions and they couldn't find it. They kept going to the front of the truck. Simple fix and mine is quiet as a mouse.

Installed these yesterday and love the light output. I tried my best to make harness look factory looking with material tape and clean connections to fuse block and lights. I highly recommend this if you have the factory halogen option.

Have these coming. Hopefully install next weekend. Purchased harness already. Has anyone done 5% tint over amber light? If so how did it look? Not wanting to open these housings up.

I used a roller. If it doesn't look installed right I will take your word for it. It worked is all I know...

That rubber seal does nothing. It's most likely your rear cab vents.
