I put the AMP on this week. Love it! Comparing the two i think the Mopar is a much cleaner look but slightly smaller tread area. I believe the AMP comes out slighty lower as well. AMP was $260, quick to order, easy to install, sure footed and make getting onto the tailgate a breeze with just...
Agreed! Im pretty happy with it i think the 8 speed xsmn overrides some of the effects of the 3:92 once you get out on the highway at reasonable speeds. A couple more highway gears would be awesome for when you really get cruising! Lol
Eastern NC to DC today. Rural highway and I95. Not too much time sittig still in traffic.Averaged 20.3 with a 3:92 rear. That's ok i guess for a big ole 4 wheel drive pickup.
Funny..... mine is the opposite. The passenger side mirror zooms everything in. I cannot figure out a setting that makes it useful for picking up traffic on the side of the truck. Its crazy i can see 3 cars back perfectly. I ended up adding another stick on curved mirror just so i can pick up...
my understanding is it deletes the ANC mics therefore disabling the ANC system and alleviating all of the Annoying ANC feedback phenomena so many of us are suffering from
I installed the amp bed step and I'm happy with it. Paid 260 it arrived in a couple days from auto accessories garage. Installation was easy. be advised you do have to substitute of the M8 bolts for a longer one 44 millimeters Will do it nicely. Easy step up and down plenty of surface area.
In my case its just a very tiny bit of ice cold air leaking out ofthe defrost vent. Once my cabin has cooled and is comfortable i have started to move the temperature up and leave the fan alone. This seems to help. In other words i choose my settings for more air flow at a slightly warmer...
Same! My dealer ignored the instructions in the TSB hooked the truck up to the computer and told me everything was up to date have a nice day. Its going back in for the rear window and will try to get them to follow the TSB again. BTW this will be the 5th time the truck is at the dealership for...
You're definitely not alone! my big horn does exactly the same thing. seems common for those of us who actually have cold AC. there is a little bit of blow by squeaking out the defroster vents. According to the owner's manual when the AC is set to the front vents all other vents including the...
Mine leaks on the driver side. Exact cause for leak is unknown. I think its between the OEM glass and the seal/frame it comes installed on. But thats not confirmed. Just my guess.
Does anyone have an Amp retractable bumper step installed? How was the installation process? I thought there was a thread here for the AMP but i can't seem to locate it.
I feel your pain! my Dealership farmed the rear window work out to a local ding bat who thought it was OK to remove the leaking window and reinstall it. Guess what happened????? It still leaked, they were all amazed. The best part is they swore they water tested it and it was fine. LOL. No where...
Recommend check the GMC forums and see how thier trucks are performing. Dont let your frustration with FCA get the better of you. They would be more than happy to upsell you into another more expensive vehicle! Let it motivate you to stay on their *** to fix their problems at least until you...
Apparently its not plug and play. A lot of wire cutting and labor involved. Make sure you take it to a reliable crew. Dealer can do it for $750 (you get two extra key fobs) . Aftermarkets run $350-$400. (you get 2 additional remote start only FOBs) I was all in on adding this but have trust...
