I will try to get a measurement for you soon. I know another common mistake is when taking the bottom spring seat off and transferring it to the new shock, that it often gets put on upside down, it has been done by mistake even by mechanics. Not sure if that would have any effect in height...
Either that or leave it as is and buy the 1.5" rear spacer for $60. I know I would do that before another 5 hours of tearing the front apart again..haha

I have yet to take measurements but mine to the eye looks level at #6. Every truck is a little different. Guys running the motofab 2.5" will be perfectly level and others say its a little nose high. I plan on doing the 1" to get some rake back though.
Another update, Matt got a new clamp out to me and I have no complaints. When a company makes things right thats all a customer can ask for!, thanks Matt.
I highly doubt there would be much of a ride quality difference considering the ride height is only changed about .5" between those two settings. Mine set at #6 is perfect in terms of level/slight rake and rides great. Position #7 would probably put you nose high for sure.
Per the Bilstein install it only states to not use setting #6 and #7 if you already have the ORP group. I assume like another member stated that these would be designed to work with the factory UCAs as long as you adhere to bilsteins advice on max clip position, but again that only seems to the...
You need to take the whole strut assembly out to replace it. I referenced this video for removal and intall and then obviously followed bilsteins install sheet for the rest. I wrote out step by step instructions based on what he was saying in the video that way I did not have to keep playing and...
Maybe you guys can help me out here. Just made the switch to yokohama geolander M/T tires. Max psi is 80 psi according to the sidewall and of course the door jam states 36 psi for factory tires. My question is what psi would be best 80 psi seems crazy high but with an 80 psi rating, 36 psi seems...
The ride is not bad in my opinion. The tires do have some road noise. I am not used to running MTs and have always run ATs so its hard for me to compare the Geo to any other MT in terms of road noise but I will say you can still hear them in the cab. I have not had a chance to take them on the...
They finally managed to get everything aligned to spec 3.5hrs later and the new tires definitely firmed up the ride a little but nothing to bad. Here is how it sits now....
Update. Been at the shop for 4hrs now(quoted 1-1.5hrs). New tires mounted and they have spent 3 of the 4 hours so far on the alignment. They said the pressure from the added lift being put on the lower contol arm is making it difficult to align. Tech said it keeps pulling slightly to the right...
So your saying it actually sounds better and the MDS is less noticeable deleting the resonators?. I assumed they would help reduce all that sound but if your saying deleting them actually helps I may be doing that as I also have the B2 fab setup.
No problem, I would say that their is a very slight rake so I have been debating the 1" rear lift myself but not sure if that requires the longer rear shock. My tires are being installed as we speak so I will have a few pics coming soon with those now on. I chose the #6 position due to not...
