Gotta love winter in SoCal....68 degrees and a bit of cloud cover. Perfect day to wash, wax, detail the interior (all Adams products) and install my Carven black 5 inch exhaust tips.
Well I dropped it off at the dealer for an oil change (full synthetic) and tire rotation (@6100 miles). I also had the HK amp software updated per the TSB (08-123-18). I’ll I can say is wow, what a difference in sound....pretty amazing really.
I live in SoCal and drive the freeway every day to and from work, I have not seen one. I also drive North to the California central coast on a pretty regular basis and haven’t seen any in my travels.
It’s weird because when I’m driving my 2012 Bighorn, I seem to get surround by 4th gens. When...
This is by far my most favorite truck (I’ve had 3 other Ram 1500s). My Laramie sport build date is 7/18 and I just hit 1400 miles on it. I’ve taken her on a couple 500 mile trips, plus my daily SoCal freeway stop and go traffic. I’ve not had one issue, she is perfect in every way!!!
Very nice looking ride you got there.....I have the Laramie sport in Granite as well. I really like the black badging on yours and will be doing the same at some point.
I’m also coming from a 2012 (Bighorn) that I’ve had for almost seven years....crazy similarities bro!!!
Very good point. I installed mine a couple
days ago and experienced the exact same thing....I posted quite a bit about it on Ram Forum. I was able to get it situated where the extra material stays out of the gap, forms a bit of a hump. I’ve opened and closed it a dozen or more times with no...
Those look great man, nice looking ride. I’ve ran the Nitto 421Qs before (similar tire) and they were solid....I got 60K out of them. I’m sure the 420s will last ya a while....great choice.
I have a 2019 Laramie sport (build date 7/18) and haven’t had any issues yet, thank goodness. I’ve only had it a couple weeks and have 800 miles on it so far, but she drives like a dream. No rattles, no leaks, no whistle, or squeaky brakes. 12 inch display works flawlessly, and leather interior...

I have the Laramie sport package and it came with 22 X 9 "polished painted" wheels with Goodyear Eagle Touring tires. Must be a California thing, because most every Laramie sport I've seen on the lot, had the 22s.
