Agreed. Even then, it would help to duplicate as many other variables as possible, too…weather, traffic, driving route, etc. Very difficult to do in one shot!
This is one of two options I did not order on my 2019, as I wanted heated, power-folding mirrors. The rest of the trailer-tow group could be added separately, so I do have (for example) the trailer brake controller.
None that I’m aware of. It’s “as designed”. It’s annoying to me when back seat passengers (like my father-in-law) grab the door handles in the back seat every time I park the truck and pull on them repeatedly. Not so different from kids that way, I guess.
I do a whole lot of mixed driving in Fort Worth. But I’m going with the law of averages across thousands of trucks. 0.5-1.0 mpg (on average) is statistically significant, but it would be more impressive if it doubled or tripled that number.
Yeah, I used the tube. I know it's supposed to be optional, but it looked to me like it would trap way too much oil if you let it fill up completely. It was spilling because of the angle required to get it out. Maybe I need better lighting to find a different path!
