I wonder if that's a Laramie thing? I have the Night Edition on my Limited, and also the power tow mirrors.
The power tow mirrors are great, btw. I love that they can flip back and forth between regular landscape position and portrait. In portrait mode, I can see the entire height of my horse...
Do you clay small sections and then rinse? I usually wash, clay, then rinse the entire car. That's what I did this tie, using the Speed Shine as the lubricant, while the Ceramic Wash was still on the car. Maybe that's what I did wrong?
Learn from my mistake: do NOT use Speed Shine as the clay bar lubricant! I did yesterday, as suggested on the Griots website, and it left streaks and spots over the entire truck. I was able to go over the truck with Ceramic 3-in-1 wax, but it took a lot of elbow grease to buff out the streaks...

Just did it for the first time today. Got out, locked the doors, picked up my mobile order from Starbucks, and came back to find the truck still running. :giggle:
You should be fine. Since most of your weight is in the trailer, not in the bed of the truck, the low payload may not be an issue for you. Just try and put as much stuff as possible in the tack room rather than in the bed of the truck.
