Love that idea, for what it’s worth they agreed to provide and install a WDH for my truck supposedly a value of $950, even though I’m sure it is tucked into the financing somewhere.
They did offer 3 units that fit our criteria and the general manager says to make it right he will honor the...
maybe I just find another dealer to go through, it does not sit well with me that first this tt had 5 year old tires on it and I had to fight to get new ones added before I purchased. They did not disclose the frame damage they found and improperly repaired on the drivers side, surely they seen...
Unfortunately it seems like this is inevitable as lippert manufactures a majority of frames for TTs. My question now is should I be avoiding any TT with a lippert frame?
Come to find out there is a class action lawsuit against, lippert, who manufactures the frames and they have repair guidelines out for affected units.

I’m thinking not a lot, makes sense now why they were trying to get my wife to sign on the financing before I came to look at it. My father in law bought one from the same store and he didn’t check his. After I told him about ours he asked if I could go inspect his, everything was fine with his...
Wen to close on the camper yesterday and do final walkthrough, found the frame cracked on both sides. One side they did an improper repair on. Have another one in our sights that is about 700 lbs lighter.
I haven’t tried it on my truck yet, I watched some videos on YouTube. Takes way too long IMO, I can park in one shot. Get your wife in the drivers seat and guide her, my wife would panic when trying to back in until she practiced it a few times in our driveway. Now she only backs into parking...
So you’re saying I should’ve gotten the 2500 lol. Unless something doesn’t check out tomorrow with the trailer there is no talking my wife out of getting it.
Ya I’ve thought about that, watched a bunch of videos with guys using same truck towing maybe a little less than me but I think I’ll be ok. That’s why I’m researching every avenue to make the tow quality as good as possible.
Thanks for the replies gents, the ram is equipped with the 22” wheels, does that change your tune at all? As info it’ll be just me and my dog and a little gear in the truck, kids and wife drive separate as there is 6 of us and only 5 seats in the ram.
We’re in the process of purchasing a 32’ travel trailer, ultra lite model. 6476 dry weight. Tow vehicle is 21 1500 limited 5.7 with e torque 3.21 gear. My question is (and I think I already know the answer) should I upgrade to LT tires. Ram currently has the Goodyear touring tires. NOTE - this...
Appreciate the reply, are you using anything special to apply the product? I’ve only ever used microfibers but my wife’s car will require some scrubbing
