My Hemi (1st new gen when they reintroduced the Hemi) pinged. I used to think it was a lifter but dealer said all is well. Nothing ever happened to it so I guess the dealer was right.

During test drives I noticed the seats in the Longhorn were softer (more comfortable) than the Limited. Can't wait to get my truck.

The cable and connectors can be purchased. It's not hard to crimp the connectors onto the cable. This way you can make your cable exactly the length you want.
