I heard a test plug for trailer will stop it but a icon will say you have a 20 trailer. Look on the internet, somebody will hack it. I remember somewhere I seen a mode to a module under hood to disable. Back when I ordered mine I fretted it would have eTorque, thankfully my Ram came straight...
Must be eTorque motors. I have 5.7 Hemi no helicopter sound. Engine off no motor sound but have something under bed that shuts down or cycles. Almost like a air compressor. About 3 seconds not all the time. Do not have air suspension.
Just got mine from Dealer yesterday. Factory releasing the supposedly new design. I looked at it and for all practical purposes it does not look any different from prior pictures. Box it was shipped in, looked like it was drug all the way from Korea. (yep made in Korea). Spec sheet does say 125...
I have hypertech. Works without issue. They make rough country's calabrator. No it won't brick your truck. I've talked to hypertech and it's limited to just calabration. Apparently works with ECM on transmission and shift points. What ever you do don't unplug it while it states programing. It...
Something don't seem right. I have 275/60R20 series. Michelin site states they are 33 inch dia. I set Hypertech collaboration to 32.75 which is spot on. Originally they ran 3 mile an hour faster than speedometer.
I installed mine Saturday. Definitely not for the faint hearted. One of the more difficult installations I've done. Irregular molded panel provided a pretty much Jerry rig assembly. I particularly would of preferred a more stable attachment to truck bed. First off space to work under Tailgate is...
I installed Readylift with upper control arm option. Went to 60 series tires, which are 1 inch taller then factory 55 series. No change in ride quality or gas milage. I get average 18.5 local driving. I also installed a AEM Dryflow lifetime air filter.
I just got the update. Wow! what a difference. Sound quality and volume. Thought the stereo worked ok before, boy was I wrong. Get yours updated, well worth the Dealer service time it takes.
I had a stone crack. I had two windshields replaced in two weeks. First one had a swirl in the lower portions field of view. Factory windshield, rain for two days so I did not notice the blem. Called SAFELITE they replaced first with second Factory windshield. Both windshields only had two day...
Yes, if it is flashed over by Service department, you got to jump through Hoops with Hypertech to recertify your unit. Pain in the ***, I mean come on how many Rams would you have available to bootleg a flash on. It isn't the easiest connectors to attach. The new connector is up under the front...
The connector has a slide lock on it. the front of the connector will slide out on both your factory and pedal commander. Plug in and slide lock closed. I had a heck of a time. I seen it on a youtube somewhere. Take a look at the pedal commander connector you will see the slide face lock.
