I called yesterday. They service manager stated a mechanic assigned to me has been of because of illness. Said should return today. Said he needed to talk to him for update. Said they thought battery but kind rulled it out and maybe computer. I want to know what drained it to begin with.
All...
Worried if I nagged it would rush to judgment. Then not know specific cause. Concerned that for next month I have to use a parking garage. Can you imagine dragging a Ram CC out of those low and narrow spaces. After this month I'll be able to allow for a roll back.
Also I've had Mopar cares...
Full led option you would think they battery would have as much more stable. I wonder if steps pulled the battery down over year and half. If you think about it truck pretty much is off during step activation.
I wonder why all lights worked only stepsides and start didn't. So we have to worry when batteries are not fully charged? How do you prepare or antispate battery failing.
Buy new battery annually?
No air suspension on my truck. Only thing that would work the battery is doors open close, side steps deploy and retract. Other than that all pretty much shuts off like 30 seconds. Other than a couple bulbs pretty much LED. I would think radio would drain while in accessories mode. I've had it...
That is exactly what happed. Running boards did not deploy or retack. All lighting display and accessories was visible. Start button didn't work, snap under dash, running boards dead.
Dealer hasn't called yet. Day 1.

Dealer started troubleshooting the truck this afternoon. Evidently when they looked it over this morning, after dropping it off last night, truck was dead. Something drained the battery. They got it started and battery charged. Battery apparently check out ok. Tech said he got some sensor codes...
Well after 1.5 years without any major issues one showed up. Button to start worked through the sequence but would not start. Tried maybe ten times. The Dash display showed systems checks, mileage, speedometer lighting, etc.
Symptom 1. Heard a loud snap under dash kind of to the left side...
Opinionated remark: in case there are sensitive individuals who read these forums.
I've been flashed or Steady bright in lieu of flash 3 times, driving my truck for 18 months. So I think its malcontents who would **** an moan regardless. Besides they chose those mini death trap, ground...
They might ad as option, watch purchases, evaluate other mfg sales in same class. Then push if they figure it warrants change. I read in past that the stock of 5.7 it would be years before they ran out? The reason at the time was adding the etorg instead of redesign of the existing 5.7. The read...
