Waaay too expensive to just change gear ratios. A final drive of 4.10 is really low, so I'm assuming you have some serious weight and not going over 70 mph?
I have had five Hemi's and all of them (sans my Trackhawk) got a Billet Technology catch can. Outstanding product. https://www.custombilletstore.net/product_p/20014.htm
I think it would be a GREAT idea to make one, just not the disgusting eyesore pictured above. RAM needs to do what they (aka Dodge) has always done in the segments they smash into and that's beating everyone in performance. If they bring a 1200, it better look good and go like hell. Put that...
Okay so I took a real close look at my wheels, the same as OP's, and I can say without a doubt those painted sections are not inserts. They are 100% just paint. I have no idea why they are even listed as "inserts" on the build sheet.
I was on the fence about air ride as well for my RAM but damn I'm glad I got it. It rides excellent - not bouncy and not floaty or squishy. It's superbly done.
My 2019 Limited with H/K sounds good in highs and mids, but I'm seriously disappointed in the level of bass. I have the bass maxed in my EQ and it's still garbage. I wonder if there is an SW update that pumps the gain to the stock amps?
Badass. Thank you so much for posting this. I'm also willing to bet someone like IHC or Air Ride will make a kit like what you built. If not, I'm doing what you did, lol.
Following. My truck has the e-Locker, so in standard modes it spins only the right rear tire. In wet conditions I get wheel hop BAD and it's pretty embarrassing if I'm just trying to give it some gas to pull out onto a busy highway. O
While I agree adjusting in software is the more "elegant" method to adjust the air suspension ride heights, the lowering links are still functional and quicker to add/remove. AlfaOBD requires a software purchase with OBDII connection, and a bit of nail biting if you're not very good at using and...
You probably need to trim the bump stops in that low of a setting. You're basically riding right on top of the bump stops. Revel says you need to do that for their "aggressive" preadjusted settings, but I have driven my truck at low speed in entry/exit setting and it's maybe 1/2" of travel...
That doesn't seem right to me. The option sheet for my truck literally says "22X9.0 Polish/Painted Whls w/Inserts" - So yes, they are painted, but they should be painted inserts. Now how easy they are to take off (if at all) is a different discussion, lol.
