The cost of the lift kit is $1,250 from 3 different dealers I checked. The cost to install including the alignment has been around the $500 range for a total cost pushing $1,800. I will be getting mine done in the next month or two. Love the look.
Thanks for the input. I actually want to do both a CAI & the Pulsar. I do like the S&B and would really like a Diablo Sport Reaper Tune if it was ever available. But I am almost willing to try taking the Carbon filter out, drop in the K&N and pair with the pulsar first to see what it gives...
So I ask the question, given the $ you'd spend on someone's CAI system, and the minimal difference in performance, are you further ahead to take out the carbon filter, drop in a K&N filter, or your choice of equivalent filter, and spend the additional $ somewhere else, say on a Pulsar?
I have this same exact truck, minus black badging, and must say that JWiley's truck is BA and the perfect look in my boom. I am going with the New Mopar 2" lift that will be out in Mid May that will actually be about an inch higher in the front to level the truck. The New P/N is 77027424AB. I...
That is a great question, but I do not know that. I would think that there may be something. Maybe a new cup seat or at worst Mopar can do something to get you the new shock.
For what it is worth, I did check with my dealer on the NEW Revised 2" Mopar Lift, P/N 77072424AB and they now have it in their system, but do not have the details or costing yet. They are tracking it and will call me once it is available.
For what it is worth, I talked to Mopar Performance, 888-528-4364, last week and there is a new revision of the Mopar 2" lift coming in Mid May. The P/N, will be 77072424AB and the difference will be the the seat for the front spring will be 1" higher on the spring to help level the truck...
If anyone wants the Ph# for Mopar Performance that may not have it, it's 888-528-4364. They were awesome to talk to and very knowledgeable, especially giving me the scoop on the new P/N. He stated that new P/N was driven from customer feedback about waning the truck level with having to add...
My biggest concern was that Mopar Performance stated that the kit was for the 91 body style which is a crew cab and mine is a 41 body style as it's a quad cab. I wanted more bed room. It looks like 19Jake has installed it with no additional spacers or issues. I would surely wait a month for...
They stated that the P/N is in the system, but not available. He was not 100% sure but was thinking Mid May. I'd wait until then if I had to. He suggested calling the dealer to let them know and alert me when it became available.
That is Sweet Jake! Is that the Mopar 2" kit and no additional spacers? That looks perfectly like what I am looking for with my factory 22" wheels.. I am OK with a slight rake but was concerned from what I was told that it was bad, but I could not imagine how. Thanks for the input. I want...
I have a 2019 Quad Cab Laramie, Body Style 41, 6 foot box and I am looking to put in the 2" Mopar Lift. I was reading about using the Off Road Package Springs, P/N 68320249AB, in the front to help level the truck. My concern with the springs is, are they the same inner & outer diameters where...
