So, I've never really had luck charging my phone via the oval shaped port (not the rectangular port) sometimes it works for a short while, sometimes it only works for a few seconds. This is my charging cord I use every night, so the cord isn't the issue. Occasionally when I plug in my phone it...
I have this often, typically with just the first reverse of the day that has that loud moan to it. Do you have a link to that kit you purchased? Or how much it was?

For me, I'm just reaching into 6 figures, but I put a lot of money away for the future. So with that and the taxes and what not I really don't bring home that much money. Which is a reason why I have a base model big horn with a v-6.

I have the v6, and I don't have any problems. I'm in michigan so we get dome cold weather but mine heats up in a standard amount of time... maybe swap out your cab filter. If it's clogged and dirty (which happens quick) it could be restricting the flow to the blower motor

Nice truck!
Interstate batteries supplies the dealerships with their batteries, so just go to an interstate battery retail location and get one of theirs in whatever size you need. It'll end up being cheaper that way too

Any idea if I can pick the truck up from the factory?
I know its a long shot, but the RAMs are built roughly 7 miles away from me. I'd hate to have the truck built, just to have it shipped all the way to MD, just for me to fly down there and drive it back up to where it was... Sure would be...
Not my ram, but my chevy traverse has a similar problem. I think the traverses problem is the door switch, or activator, whatever you want to call it sticks and doesn't tell the vehicle that the door is opened to kill the power to everything. Maybe yours is similar...

Don't mean to pry... but what in the blue F*@# do you do for work to afford all that stuff in your sig?!? I thought I made good money until I saw that, then I had to sprint to the bathroom to prevent myself from shatting myself

Links to the kit?
Sounds similar to what we have on our firetrucks. I dont think it powers a block heater, but those batteries are always on charge, for obvious reasons. I'd love to have something similar, as I don't have remote start on my truck.

I used to work for interstate battery for a few years, my shop was independently owned, not corporate owned but our inspection process was fairly involved before we would warranty a battery. If the voltage was where it needed to be we would just do a load test which simulates a starter draw. The...
Every battery has a date code on it. Either melted into the plastic, stamped, or a sticker. If it happens to say 36 month free replacement warranty or something of the sort on the battery just take it out yourself and take it to the dealer for replacement. It might only he a 12 18 or 24 month...
I did see a video on YouTube where a guy ripped apart this motor after 600k miles. It only blew because the chain tensioner was maxed out and was having timing issues. Good watch if you have a spare 8 minutes

Mine does downshift often over hills but I wouldn't say there's any lag. The motor itself is good and strong, still really quick given it's a v6 with low gears

Not sure what you're referring to. I havent noticed any lag though, except on cold days it hesitates and the gas pedal doesn't act normal for a few miles

I average 18ish around here in Michigan. My drive is 15 miles, 10 of which is freeway. I might be a little harder on the pedal than I should be too though. Also, I have 3.21 gears
