So the most recent update from FCA is that they are not going to escalate my case and the dealership has no clue how to fix my truck. So pissed at FCA

I am hearing that RAM is throttling the speed of the AC compressor to reduce load on the engine to meet EPA standards. Not sure this is true but would make sense as to why they wont fix it.

There have been to many recalls and to many TSBs , I love the truck and the difference between the 4th gen classic I got as a rental and the 5th gen I bought are drastic. The 5th gen is a much nicer truck. But the quality issues are crazy

Well I think something is wrong in the air box. Might just need the doors calibrated. But who knows I am tired of it. I have had 5-6 different issue on a truck thats less than 7 months old. I have videos but cant upload them here

So they put me in a 2019 classic and the very first thing I did was put the probe in the vent and it hit 40 degrees in about 5 seconds.

No it’s a blend/recerc door issue I felt the air warm up when the thermostat opened. Wasted another 3 hours on this truck.

Well the dealer said it was good and the TSB was applied. Upon pick up I stuck the probe in the AC vents and still 60 on one side and 50 on the other :(. No good leaving it here till it’s fixed

I tested mine a more and found that the passenger side is about 10 degrees colder than the driver side. Mine is at the dealership now, hopefully the get it figured out. I will let you guys know

I find it interesting when you hit the max ac it turns off the recirc light on the button then you have to hit the recirc again to get it to to turn back on. I have open a case with RAM and I am taking the truck in on Monday morning. I will let you know what I find out.

The big issue here is its called keyless enter and go. It was one package for years even the videos they show on the features didn't distinguish the two being different optiond. The dealer had no idea that it wasn't included. When I called RAM customer service they said I should have it too...

Just starting to get hot here in Indiana and my AC sucks so disappointed in my new RAM

As it starts to warm up I am noticing that my AC is not cooling very well. This seems vindictive of the blend/recirc door issues dodge has had for years.

If it makes anyone feel better I made ram aware of the false advertising of the passive entry BACK IN November. Looks like they still haven't fixed the issue
