I thought it was smart of them to leave off any eTorque badges. In general, I think words like eco, hybrid or electric turn a lot of truck guys away. The badge you are describing sounds fine but imagine if they had gone the other direction and put a big "hybrid" decal on them. Remember the Tahoe...
I've got a my old 6 that is still on ios 11. I'm thinking if I jailbreak it I can set it up to run off the wifi hotspot on my current phone. I don't have the balls to jailbreak my "daily driver" phone.
Need to do some research on jailbreaking to see if its something that I am capable of. Some...
How did you jailbreak the phone? Is there a reliable website that gives instructions. There are lots of videos about it on YouTube but I’ve heard most of them don’t work.
I saw this video and was wondering if anyone has used carbridge in their Ram to watch videos, etc.
I have an old iphone that I thought I would jailbreak so I could try this out but then I realized that I have no idea haw to jailbreak an iphone. Seems like a cool app anyway.
The service guy did tell me they had to take pictures and submit it for approval. I assume that meant FCA. Its not very noticeable so I'm going to let the dealership use their mobile upholstery person to do the repair. I should be going up there Friday morning and they said it should only take...
I get that
Hey it was a catchy title. I get it though. I’m sure there are people who scratch their trucks then go back and claim it was there when they bought it. Same with interior things like this. It’s just frustrating when you know you didn’t do it but the dealership (and manufacturer)...
I know it was stupid not to go immediately. No way of knowing whether or not that would have changed anything. The service guy said he has never seen them approve a puncture so it may not have mattered if it was documented. He said they will cover it if it comes apart at the seams.
Quick rant. I took my truck to the dealership on Wednesday to get a couple small things fixed (glove box light fixed and the passenger door aligned). But the main reason I dropped it off was to get a tiny tear that I noticed in the back seat leather fixed. Picked up the truck today and the door...
Its an option but I'm not really into aftermarket wheels on my trucks. I like the way a lot of them look on this site but its not my thing. I guess I like the "stock plus" look? I'm not sure what to call it. Mostly factory accessories, factory wheels, leveled, bigger tires, and thats about it...
Good to know. I like the way they look. There is a guy on Youtube (Doowork I think?). He has a 2019 Ram w/ level and 33" KO2 tires. He added 2" spacers to his truck and it looked really good with the stock wheels. I think that's the look I'm going for.
I've thought about them but then I start reading about them and pull back a little. From what I've read, you are okay if you go with high quality spacers like Bora spacers. Then I've read comments where people say that Discount Tire won't rotate your tires if you have spacers... I need to ask...
I'm thinking about taking these off. It doesn't line up with the bumper and it makes the wheels look even more tucked in. Has anyone else removed these? Are there any holes behind them that I might uncover? I'm assuming they are just screwed inside the fender well and attached to the truck with...
You may have done this already but you can move the bluetooth button to the sidebar of your media screen. That way you can just push the bluetooth button and go instead of going into the "source select" menu and to find it. Here's how mine looks. If you've already done this then I'm out of ideas.
I think it just defaults to the last source. If you were listening Bluetooth on the way to work it should recognize your phone when you get in after work.
But if you had the phone plugged into USB-1 on the way to work and you were using Apple Carplay (or Android), then you would have to select...
