A powertrain warranty is only about $1,500 for 8/125k.
There is a pretty good chance in 125k miles the truck doesn't blow up cause 87 octane was used. Why not insure against 87 octane blowing up your engine AND any other reason anything on the powertrain might blow up? If I am going to spend an...
Or one could just use 87 and use the saved money for a warranty. Over 125k miles, assuming you get a 1mpg bump with 89, you would save around $1,750 over those miles (depending greatly on difference in price of 87/89 in your area). For that cost you can go get a 7/Unlimited or 8/125k powertrain...
When I was close to building one Phillip in Washington told me May 2021, June/July arrival.
These days...who knows when they will actually get built and shipped. I assumed July/August was a safe bet.
This would be the best answer for this question. There should probably be some kind of difference between 87/89, but past that nothing.
I have always been a minimum required kind of guy, unless towing. All that extra money at the pump really adds up. I find it hard to believe using 87 versus...
If you are going to make videos doing illegal things, yah, they are going to make an example out of you so the 2mil viewers know they all shouldn't go do the same stuff. The DNR likes to tell you how they can charge you with 100 things and then settle on one thing in the end, that's how it tends...
Probably because most dealers simply don't know and are totally unaware. Maybe some are lazy and don't want to do it, but I think most are just convinced it isn't actually a thing because for years they have thought it was no longer possible.
Aaron at Mark Dodge was convinced he could not order...
I don’t think the outside is bad at all, looks like a luxury SUV...not my tastes, but it looks luxurious to me. The inside is insane to boot.
The problem isn’t the outside or inside, it is the name...JEEP. Now while I can’t afford a luxury SUV on this level (or want one), I think a lot of...
No, I wouldn’t wait. Because last I checked they haven’t even confirmed it to be on the 2022. A lot of rumors that it may be pushed off another year. I also don’t find it to be that special. Improvement? Sure, but a lot of the new features are pointless to me. I don’t need 5 user profiles or two...
Are you sure you don't have a light at all? I didn't think I had a light until I looked closer, The light is on the bottom of the button, not on the front of the button. If you literally don't have a light, how is that even possible? How could there be buttons made without a light? How strange...
I just put the Kykr screen protector on mine, the directions are pretty strange and it wants you do tape it to line it up. I did what all the youtube videos show and that is just ripping the backing off and lining it up the old school way. It is thick so it really wasn't that difficult to do...
I always thought I wouldn’t buy new until I was looking at used trucks a few months ago. 2019 Big Horn with 30k miles and 10 months of warranty left was $40k, original MSRP was like $55k. That’s crazy considering how much these trucks are discounted new. I changed my search filter to ‘NEW’ and...
I think it comes on the 8.4in too. It is free for a year and after that it is $25 a month (well you get a special $50 off if you extend it a year, then it goes to $25 a month after). Kind of a worthless thing to pay for in most cases. I could see paying for it if I lived/worked in a place where...
The Ram site is weird. When I was exploring a built to serve build it would let me have the trailer tow group and the built to serve package...of course this is entirely possible in actuality.
After much searching and near building, happy to have finally acquired a BTS. At first I was a little unsure about the unpainted bumpers/grill, but I like the rugged look it gives the truck over them being painted/chrome. I agree with others that I like this grill design over a normal Big Horn...
The HUD Display involves an entirely different dash I believe. Maybe you could cut the current one to make it work...but for the cost to try and add something afterwards I cannot imagine cutting the dash.
