I purchased mine from dealership parts department in August 2018, right after buying my truck. Nice big slots in bottom for draining, obviously different from what you have. If you still have them, try cutting some slots. Will not work for all rocks but some maybe.
Just curious, what style of tire and on what kind of roads are you driving. I have the Mopar flaps with about 11000 miles on them. I have checked them a few times to see if they are collecting stuff as others have noted. So far, nothing. However, I have the OEM Goodyear, non-aggressive tread...
Can you get your upholstery shop to put it in writing that it is not leather? Also, when they remove or repair the seat, can they give it to you for evidence? If, it is not leather, then FCA should be held accountable, not only for you, but for all who purchased with the understanding that the...
Sorry for your health issues, if you have the option of another dealer, give them a try. My dealer fought hard for me. That is the key in this issue. Best of luck.
First, I own a Limited with Indigo-Frost interior, second I have had my front drivers seat replaced for the same issue (pealing type defect), so, if anything I should be agreeing with you. I bow to your expertise, not a leather expert or even know much about it. However, in addition to the "tag"...
So what you are saying then is that it is false advertising and that all owners of 2019 RAM trucks should join in a class action suit against FCA and GST Auto. Because, again I attach the tag supplied. Please look at the tag in post number 58 of this thread.
Please see earlier post in this thread where I attached tag that came with the seats in my Limited. The manufacturer is GST Auto. Your internet link is incorrect for the product used in the RAM trucks. It's leather, maybe not good leather, but not vinyl.
Don’t get to upset, both appear to be good tires. As long as you didn’t over pay, depending upon where you are driving you may still be fine. By the way, how many miles did you have on your OEM tires? I am concerned mine seem to be wearing pretty fast.
All that being said, it goes without saying that RAM and Ram Cares are going to be more sensitive to your issues or posts because of your position. I have noticed one of the “hottest”(no pun intended”)Issues on this site is the adequacy of the A/C system. Would it be possible for you to get RAM...
What I have found about leaving keys in my truck. Just tested. If you leave a set of keys in truck and try to lock truck by pushing electric lock button on arm rest, lights will flash, horn will blow and doors will unlock. If you leave keys in truck and try to lock with outside button on drivers...
Not sure I understand any of this....but I would think the OP would at least update his post to let us know what is going on. He made a pretty big splash, with the issue and a lot of people responded, so there is definitely a lot of interest.
My dealership pushed hard on FCA to replace my driverside seat cover for the same problem. They took pictures and sent them to FCA. I also contacted Ram Care through this site to get their help. My impression is a lot rests on how hard the dealership pushes. You should not take no for an answer...
