Great looking truck! Wish I could order a granite in a quad.
Question on the lower black color. Looking at the RAM site rendering and also noticing it on yours, The black stops abruptly at the back of the quarter not wrapping around to the area behind the bumper. Make my day and tell me the...
From my observation ( not hard data but reading through tracking/ordering/best price threads over past year+) there is a Limited centric participation. I may be wrong but the number of tracked orders have a higher % of Limited therefore you would have a skew to Limiteds built wouldn't you?
I think there are not as many changes for the upper level trims, just some adjustments for parts availability and accordingly price adjustments. The Laramie is no longer available in a quad. The Bighorn took big hits losing the Sport pkg and early loss but return of the Premium lights. Loss of...
You can look back at the options that were available that have either gone up in price or have been discontinued. Like a lot of both. You can get a sense of semi normal truck market to not normal at all.
From the article:
"That leaves the 3.6 V6, which again is replaced by the GME 2.0 turbo (dubbed Tornado, but for whatever reason not marketed under that name). The GME 2T is still in the ramp-up phase in Indiana, and it may take some time for the 3.6 to leave the Wrangler, Gladiator, Pacifica...
No doubt. That's the "typical" business plan. Couldn't agree with you more.
FWIW, I was referring to the perps... WOW! without spelling it out if you know what I mean
I've seen that too. I honestly hope not. Would likely be a deal breaker for me. They've had quite a few issues with them and I would never use them. Seen a few in Granite Crystal too but it's not available on the Ram build either on the Quad but is on the Crew???
Edit just looked at the Special...
Here's that thread with the defroster mention. Might dig through it. I recollect some issue with seating defroster properly.

I noticed on the RAM site that the Back Country doesn't mention bed lighting although looks like everything else is pulled over from the B.U.G. I read an article ( maybe Car & Driver) that mentioned a bed extender as part of the package too. Please let us know.
Old brain here... So my first reply was actually meant for
Hntopper - about pinch weld/ frame issues
The_Chemist - since your windshield hasn't been replaced I'd check behind the shroud to see where the crack begins. And I forget to mention whacking the rear view can cause cracks starting at...
Pulled a 3500# or so bass boat around with these: 2000 2500 5.9 6 speed 4:10 - pulled pretty good 7-9 mpg (heavy foot), saw the small mountains in western MD, was surprised but it was working hard. 2012 2500 Hemi 6 speed 4:10 - pulled decent needed to stick your foot in it to get it to go, 10-...
Odd stuff. Reading another thread here about enabling a camera or auto high beams. Vaguely remember some mention of one of them having a heating element to defrost???? Maybe it's heating up too much or too fast when it's cold out. Thermal shock will definitely do it. Might not be seeing the...
FWIW, used to install windshields way back in the early 80's. I came across a few (very few) times where the windshield frame was caty wampus from rust or pinch welds breaking. Without too much detail glass is a super cooled liquid. It distributes it's flexibility across it's entire surface and...
