I didn't even know the Limited LEDs were different! I had a Limited for a loaner and never noticed any difference in the headlights while driving over the LEDs on my Rebel.
Harder to find the clamps here in Canada but ended up getting some off eBay from China. Quality of them is to be expected (chrome flaking off in the package...) but they do clamp which is all I needed. Didn't close the hose completely as I do need heat the odd morning for the windshield but am...
Partially correct, yes. It still has something to do with the phone OS because versions of iOS (not sure about Android since I do not use it) have included updates for certain screen sizes. iOS 13 will apparently include quite a few additional screen resolutions to CarPlay.
That’s not good. FCA will have to keep replacing them again and again if they don’t find a better solution.
When they replace them, do they just move over the painted piece or is it all replaced?
Could be. I put in a request with my dealer to replace them, so if they do that I assume it will be getting close to winter when it's done. If the new ones fit good and stay good all winter but then start warping in the spring/summer then for sure the sun/heat are ruining them.
Seen another 2019 on my way into work this morning that has the RAM BOX also and his/her were perfect - so not sure if he/she just got lucky or they've been replaced.
Front and back of them on mine. The front on the passenger side is acceptable but the front of the driver side one is just as bad as the backs of them both.
Mechanical pencil. That way it will always work no matter how hot/cold (pens don't handle the winters well here).
Maybe someone with a 3D printer can make one of these for the 2019/2020:
That's what I am thinking also - much like the one inside the upper glove box. Unfortunate. Most of the kit from Fyre is unusable for me (why do they even include a light for under the hood??) so I will just return it and buy the few individual bulbs.
Haven't had a chance to look at them yet since it's been raining all weekend... but do you know if those bulbs are even replaceable? Fyre said trucks with factory LEDs there aren't replaceable (like the license plate ones).
That’s an odd one. I just noticed this clunk myself since I noticed a front end clunk the other day. This thing clunks more than my ‘53 Chev pickup! I’ll try that brake trick next time.
