It gets worse when going YY over, and then add ticket risk to even worse mileage for ZZ over. I did find my highway mileage takes a serious dip around 70 and above. Takes a bit of energy to push a large brick that fast.

Turn that feature off! I don't mind a blaring alarm if the sensors think I'm too close but it is not up to the car to decide to actually apply brakes.
