two questions would the 4th gen rough country uca work on the 5th gen? and if they do would i be better off with those with a 2” level on a non orp or and the mopar uca ?
So i know theres a tsb for the 2019 models with the steering sticking to the left, i have a 2020 and my issue is the steering sticking to the right and ive had about 4 or 5 alignments now thru dealer, town fair tire and, tire pros, and jennings car car and it still sticks to the right and...
after my 6th alignment i had gotten underneath the other day to make sure everything was tight because of my steering issue and noticed my cv axles had play up and down and in and out but not sure if that would cause my steering to be sloppy
i feel like mine wont hold alignment i know i have a leveling kit but so many people have one and theres drives straight as an arrow and no issues. my front end sways over bumps so bad and im not sure whats causing it
So i have a 2020 ram 1500 with 2” rough country strut and ive been having problems with my alignment no one can align it to drive straight and have steering wheel straight, ive been noticing over bumps the front of truck sways side to side so i was underneath front of truck to check things out...
i went back and got another alignment and my steering is still sloppy as heck but all numbers are in spec and ive gone underneath and made sure leveling kit and everything was torqued down
might have to give them a shot or maybe its just my dealer doesnt know how to align a vehicle. its just doesnt feel right the steering its not tight wheel off center and occasionally the wheel will go right on its own
any issues with alignment or anything using the 4th gen uca from rough country ? i have 2” roguh country strut and my alignment was in spec but my steering is loose and sloppy
so would the factory 2” lift mopar uca help with alignment angles? i have a 2” leveling kit and my steering feels sloppy and all my alignment numbers are in spec
How did they figure out it was the steering rack i am having the same issue and anything would help so i can inform dealer since they never like to work
