My Note 8 in low profile case doesn't fit on that pad (buddy of mine has a 2019 Yukon). It fits fine on my Ram pad.

Not to beat a dead horse, but I assume the cables are OEM Apple cables? My Samsung Note 8 Android Auto would not work with anything but an OEM Samsung cord. I'm sure you have already tried this with your phone/Apple Car Play but I didn't want to assume.

For me, it keeps the phone out of the way along with the cord.

I plug my Note 8 into USB-A port 1 and then put my phone on the wireless charger. The light turns blue telling me it is charging on the pad. I don't have issues with music cutting out with it plugged in and on the wireless pad. FYI

All of my voice prompts using Android Auto were all at volume zero after the update (even the google response beep after saying "okay google"). When you hear the left front speaker cut out, turn up the volume and that should take care of your issue. I had to do it for the google prompts and...
