2021 Rebel, 3.92s, 5.7 etorque. Using 87 octane, if I baby it around town I can get 16.5.
On the Interstate its as follows:
65 MPH - 18 MPG
70 MPH - 16 MPG
75 MPG - 15 MPG
80 MPH - 13 MPG
I've got around 16,000 miles on it, and there's been no change in mileage after any sort of "break in"...
The first pic you posted shows you drove 258 miles in 4 hours and 22 minutes. That's an average speed of 59.08 MPH.
Still good mileage though, mine won't get that even at 50 MPH.
I've had my 2021 Rebel for almost a year, and on three separate occasions after a rain, I got in the truck and could hear a sloshing sound that appeared to be coming from behind the dash. The best way I can describe it is that it sounds like a large fish tank is somewhere behind the dash in...
It sounds like you want the ED, so get it.
You are selling a three year old truck. Is that normal for you? If you sell your vehicles every three years, then all the break-even mileage and long term maintenance costs are irrelevant to your analysis because you won't own it long enough to hit...
Nice report. I've experienced all of what you wrote, except the mileage. I've got a little different setup than you (a Rebel), so I don't expect great mileage, but it's a wonderful road trip vehicle. After the breakin period I took it West for almost 1,800 miles to hunt and hike. I drove 17...
I've had both Line-X and Rhino Liner in the past. Rhino liner says theirs is dry in seconds, but for "heavy duty" use, to wait 24 hours. Both were good, they did their job, but I prefer the Rhino Liner.
If I was ordering one I'd have gone with the factory spray simply due to convenience...
That's interesting. I've seen mine do it one time. It was parked out in front of my house, around 30 yards away from the keys, which were sitting motionless in a cabinet. We were looking out the front door watching a big thunderstorm at work with heavy rain pouring down. There was a flash of...
As an update, my earlier post was made when I had 5,400 miles on the truck and I would occasionally hear those noises. I've got just over 10,000 miles on it now and I can't recall the last time I heard any noises. The truck just stopped doing it somewhere along the way.
I've got a 2021 Rebel, and I like the phone charger location, and operation. It was a bit tricky at first because I thought it was either broken or incompatible with my phone, but once I got it figured out it worked great. It holds my phone securely, with or without a case, and charges it...
I drove an F150 for 20 years. I sat in a new one at the dealer and despite the $65,000 price tag, it was boring. Stodgy. They tried to add a big screen like Ram but it was so poorly done it looks comical. It was a big boxy addition to the dash, and it's ugly.
Drove a Ram Rebel and...
Great for you. Mine had plenty of issues, and the roof was never open. Your experience doesn't negate mine, nor the others who have all had clogged drain tubes.
