The main reason I switched over to the Recon was because the guy who blacked out my tails painted over the cargo lights - I wanted him to just do the brake light, but he made my cargo lights more dim than I wanted them with the blackout....so I'll happily take too bright over not enough...
It...
Keep in mind, I didn't install mine...dealer was doing a warranty seal on the light so had their weather guy install it...I have no idea, but it's *possible* he removed their gasket and did it himself...if he did it like they did on the OEM light, my light will be sealed/attached in with a...
To be clear - you are referring to the newest bulbs they came out with? I bought LASFIT when I first got the truck because everyone swore by them and I, too, had fob detection and trunk issues - I reached out to LASFIT and they had newer bulbs...
1st ones that caused issues were like $20 for...
I was always in the minority for absolutely hating the autostop feature....
I'd be okay with it if you could set the delay for how long it takes to engage when stopped, but I hate having the engine shut down just because of a stop sign or moving up in slow traffic...
Got mine in on Friday - the dealer had their window guy install it and seal it, so there should be no leaks.
I have a mopar hard tonneau cover - it JUST clears the light.
Happy with it - some of the pics made me unsure if I would like it sticking out as much as it does, but to fork over the...
I might give that setting a go. Sometimes that Sport mode wants to take off when starting to accelerate from a stop. Good on the road, but can be touchy in a parking lot or when making a turn at a stop sign.
I got the bluetooth model of the pedal commander, so plugged it in and tucked the entire thing behind the floor center console....
I think I run it on Sport +1 or +2
If I'm in stop and go traffic, I'll lower it to -3 or -4
Just curious - what has happened to anyone if they weren't in park to...
I received a pedal commander last Friday - just over one weekend of use, it feels like my RAM has power and is so smooth with the acceleration....I love it
Reviving old topic here, but I've only had the truck beep at me one time when filling tires....never on any of the other tires and never again on the one it did it for the one time...
yes, setting is on....
tire needed more than 1.5 psi....
vehicle running and in park....
It may be how I installed it, but it's really bright for casting light far away... I don't get a lot of light from the reverse bulbs close to the tailgate, but there is a little cast immediately under it just because of the gap and reflecting off the bumper
Perhaps the manual would tell me, but who has time for that?
Similar to most people who breathe oxygen, I have my phone connected to the truck. I don't like the phone screen popping up as the default screen just because my phone successfully connects. Is there a way to have it skip pulling...
Also threw in the new vanity LEDs from Diode Dynamics this weekend (pic is comparison pic for the new driver side vs old passenger side)...these things are bright...I think I could have gone with the single diode bulbs...
When installing the passenger side, I actually turned the bulbs slightly...
Finally got around to inatalling the putco blade 18" split light bar...took pictures of the wire mounting since there's more pictures of finished products that I saw in threads...
Pics are from under the truck, facing back towards to the back...and I hadn't cleaned or tucked up the wiring going...
