Yes it is D1. Ram says you can stay in that state for up to 30 days, but most trucks seem to move thru it faster.

Your fact trumps my guess. Thanks for correcting the record. And ignore my previous speculation. I have no idea why some people are seeing active air dam deletes. Still, I won't get upset if mine doesn't have the feature. There are too many things to like about the vehicle.

Yousers! I ordered a RAM1500 because I thought it was the best truck out there. Now I find out that Fords can park on their sides.... especially handy on those narrow streets.

Seems like they should offer to install the Active Air Dam for $85 when it becomes available. That would be fair. Anybody know what the impact of deleting this feature is? Slight change in mileage perhaps?
