    Lots of guys also pull the battery terminals off for a few to reset everything, been known to remedy lots of weird stuff--worth a last second shot!

    Im betting something in the latching mechanism is frozen up, and does not register it is closed--maybe take a hair dryer and heat that up to see if it goes away

    Yep, get the Mopar Extended plan for sure, super cheap through these guys, I would never touch a 3rd party warranty ever!
