No, I never heard of that but I am glad your kids were not in the vehicle. So I guess by the way you used the word "peppered" that it literally did just blow up. I stay away from sunroofs myself although I have never had one explode--just don't use them. Hope the second dealer can get it...
I just purchased mine on Dec. 11, 2018 and I have not seen one on the road but I only have 750 miles on it and retired so we don't go out every day. I have had several people tell me my Ram was a pretty truck and I agree. There are 3 large FCA dealers within about 23 miles for the furthest...
Okay, I think I get it now. You live such a long distance from them that they were betting you would never drive that distance for the "we owe" that they gave you. Will there be anybody there on Sunday that can solve what they owe you. Anyhow, it appears that they are a terrible dealer and...
That is ridiculous----try to find the owner's name of the dealership and see if you can contact him or her --He or she should be interested in the reputation of the dealership-- or maybe not
I had been without a Ram for about 5 years but purchased my present one on Dec. 11-2018. On my previous Rams I never got more than 8 to 10 MPG. I do wear size 13 shoes and they are a little heavy. Okay, I have had my current Ram now a little over the month and I have already changed the...
I noticed a little vibration from the beginning, but I had not been driving a Ram for about 5 years and decided it was time for a Ram again . I let it go at first and mentioned it to the service manager and I thought maybe it was normal for a truck. But it didn't take long to decide it wasn't...
I have no idea as I live in SC and we are getting some cool weather of 28 degrees or so but no really super cold weather. I have only had my Ram for a month but no problem with that noise your describing. I always suggest taking it to the dealer you purchased it from or any dealer as they are...
No idea, but the dealer that sold that to you should be solving the problem for you. When you spend that kind of money, the dealer should take care of the problems as that is one of the re asons why we purchase new vehicles to begin with in the first place.
Sorry to hear that and it is no way for dealers to treat their customers. I am in Upstate SC and I have a great dealer but not the one closest to where I live. You shouldn't have to be going through the aggravation to get them to do what they had already agreed to on paper.
I didn't realize I didn't have it as I had bend driving two Jeep Cherokees that both had it, but it is not that big of deal that I would think of adding it to my Ram. Yeah, I should have checked before I purchased the Ram but probably would have purchased it anyhow as it does have a lot of...
When I purchased my Ram a month ago one of my requirements was the LED headlights plus the Blind Spot with Cross-Path. I love the LEDs and that the fog lights turn on when turning if I don't already have them on.
I am not real thrilled about it either, but my dealer probably will not get any money from FCA so I am happy that they at least worked with me and gave me the deal that they did.
I have my New Truck now. I have the Michelin Defenders on my great 2019 Big Horn now. I just had them installed about two hours ago now. They took it out for a test drive to check everything and then I drove it home (20-23 miles). When they let me see it in the service lane, the head tech...
I just read you post but don't have my tires yet. I am going to get them in a couple of hours so maybe I will get back on here to let you know if the new tires solved the problem. My service manager was off Saturday and today or I think I could have worked out a better deal as he was on...
I just ordered the Defenders and price included install. They won't charge me for an alignment if it needs it. I will get them Monday or Tuesday--they will probably come in before 1:00 PM but I may wait till Tuesday to get them put on. It was another person on here who said they check his...
I am going to order from my dealer either the LTX MS2 or the LTX Defender --if you see this shortly--give me your opinion==I have not asked them for any remission but I can't drive my Ram with the tires on there now==$980 for the Defender installed and $1050 for the LTX MS2 installed.
I found some prices for my proper size at a local tire dealer--Defender LTX-MS $211.67; LTX MS2 $236.49; (both 70,000 miles) and LTX- AT2 $224.69 (60,000) All Michelins and I also believe that Michelins are the best. I just want to be ready if the Ram is the same Ram I drive home...
Like I said, they are pretty close. Do you set your trip odometer to zero when you fill it up and then check that odometer the next you fill up again? So if I drove 130 miles and my screen MPG showed 13.5 and when I divide the mileage used on this trip by the gallons of gas needed to fill it...
