Any good ceramic coating installer will have coatings for the inside of your truck. Helps with uv and stains. Nothing helps with standard ware and tear other than never sitting in the truck. Best you can do is keep the leather from drying.

same. Anything that I use with high ceramic content I toss. If the content is low I will soak in adams microfiber cleaner. Rags to riches is also good from what I hear. Microfiber is cheap.

Get PPF installed by a detailer. You need light paint correction and what not even with a new truck. Xpel seems to be the best.
