I have the MFT and the bed step is in the middle just left of the trailer hitch. Love it and use it often. I never drop the tailgate unless I'm using the extended gate. The barn doors are so much more convenient. No more reaching over the tailgate.

I installed the same (less Yakima) on my 2021 Longhorn. While it is a little more expensive, this is the way to go. The unlocking mechanism is in the middle vs side and no key needed! Plus I believe it will hold up to 400 lbs on the cover. Looks like you got the matte finish which goes great...

OEM powered running boards! Love them and so does the wife. She was pissed when I ordered this. Says it's too big! Won't drive it, but loves the luxury, ride, height and the powered running boards. I think the PRB's saved my ***! LOL
