Just throwing around ideas, does anyone know if the orientation in which the lca cam bolts go in, can cause this?
Front goes in the front, rear goes in the rear. Looks like from factory they both go in the front.

Been a while.
Dealer came back and said lca and axle were bad. Tie rod boot was ripped.
Quoted an absurd amount so I did both uca, lca, and axles, replaced the tie rod, sway bar end links and the bushings myself. Pop/clunk is still there. Not sure what to check next.

Update:
Installed mevotech ttx upper and lower control arms, trakmotive axles, moog end links and energy bushings all on both sides.

Im installing mevotech ttx uppers and lowers as my left oe lower has a lot of play.
I finished up the left side today, doing the right side tomorrow.
I have two cotter pins left over… I just want to make sure I didn’t miss something. Only the balljoints use the castlenut, end link and shock...
Thanks for the info. My extended warranty cancelled my contract because I lifted my truck and was honest with them.
Better to put back money for when something happens.
No point in purchasing a sandwich and only getting bread.
