Pain in the a$$ might be the understatement of the year. Some how I got lucky and had to do both fronts twice because I managed to put both bulbs in 'backwards'. Good thing Ram put halogens in because they never ever burn out and I'm quadruple jointed with the grip strength of a Silverback gorilla.
Ride quality is very good. Test drove the Rebel on a whim after driving a Laramie and was very surprised. Hadn't considered getting a Rebel before that.
Never heard of them but a company called Stainless Works has cool little video on YouTube. Looks and sounds interesting. I don't know how to link but if you look for 2025 Ram exhaust upgrade it should pop right up.
I also have the Retrax but manual operation. So far so good. Going to seal the tailgate and "RamBox gap" to keep water out. The only thing is that I think you have to have the silver bedrail not the black one.
My 25 Rebel did that on my drive home from the dealership. After they talked to the ram engineers it turned out to be a bad secondary battery (the little one for auto stop/start). Been running great since they replaced the battery. I now have 472 miles.
Just got word from the shop. The auto stop/start battery was defective and was causing all the different codes. New battery installed and all is well. Can't wait to pick up my truck and drive it. Was gonna say something more
but I don't want to jinx myself.
No. They couldn't figure it out. They had to call Ram. Hopefully they'll know something tomorrow. Service advisor mentioned that it was showing multiple codes. Frustrating but I did enjoy driving it while I had it.
