I doubt you will find any dealer to do this. Many people have done it and there are lots of threads on here about it. You can easily search for subwoofers and find a ton of info.
Does it only do it when the phone is connected to the truck? Have you tried it when it isn't connected? I'm going to guess, but I seriously doubt there is a fix. There have been so many issues with Uconnect, but they don't fix them.
The driver assistent module. It's the device that has the radar and camera in it. It is mounted to the windshield. I'm only assuming that is what it is because of the fix price.
There is no easy fix. You could purchase a new DASM and install it. You could also add ACC if you wanted. [emoji16] There is a thread in the mods section on this. I can explain how to replace the DASM too, if that is the issue.
HDs aren't 5th Gen so hard to compare those. I'm not sure why gravel roads would cause your sensors go out. Do you think it is because of the dust? There could be something else on the truck causing them to go out. It really seems weird to me.
You mean the eTorque generator? Yeah, good luck. They are hard to find. Maybe a junkyard. I've seen several people looking for them. I don't know of any support group except this forum.
The letters at then end don't mean as much as the numbers. Those are revision numbers (letters).
That rain sensor has nothing to do such ACC. So, it doesn't matter if you have it or not. Read the first post including the attached PDF that has the info.
You can on the 2019 to 2024 by moving the fuse. I'm not sure on the 2025 though. Use search to find the info on the older ones and see if it will work on yours.
Yes, the wiring is there for the rain sensor. It replaces the module that's there already. That was the first mod I did. Your current windshield already has the mount for the rain sensor.
Your mirror should still work.
The DASM contains the camera, radar and all the logic for everything.
It's not dangerous because you are using it wrong. It's not a lane centering system. It's designed to keep you from crossing the lanes or going off road. It pushes you back from the line. You can adjust the torque it applies. If it jerks your truck, then it is broken. But from mine and most...
If the fob was working, why would they need to reprogram it? Did you test the fob battery. Can you start the truck by pressing the bottom of the against the start button?
Also, you might have better luck in the Homepage - HD Rams forum. This is the 5th Gen 1500 Rams site.
