You didn't supply any vehicle info. But the Pulsar does all that without having to unlock your PCM. I'd say, unless you are changing engine internals and certain external items, you might be better off. Just my opinion.

You might look in the how to add passive entry thread under modifications so you can check the settings to see what may have changed.
Many have reported this issue, but there isn't a resolution. I don't have this issue at all on my 2020 with eTorque. You could see if there is a software update, but I'm not sure that is going to resolve this.

You cannot connect Android or Apple wireless in Uconnect 4. That functionality is non-existent. Use an external device to do it. The only wireless you have is using it as a hotspot. And last I heard is that is broken anyway.
