mike_ct,
Can you copy and paste the information onto this screen so we all can see it please? (or attach the documents will work the same way)
So what all did you need to get/gather together to make it work? Do you have part number for the passive entry door handles?
Thanks for your help!!!
TML4ever,
Hello and Welcome!!!
Here is a good thread that offers many opinions/styles etc. on wheel spacers:
https://5thgenrams.com/community/threads/wheel-spacers.5478/page-6#post-143168
If you read it from start to finish it is full of helpful info/opinions!!!
I would suggest adding to...
Good point!!! I forgot up top to mention it was for safety purposes (I edited and inserted info) more so than your situation. But you bring up excellent point that how we go from shoes of style/fashion to shoes of comfort at different stages in life. I love a New Balance shoe now for the...
May sound silly, but you should take some measurements and see what you find out. You stated you drive in an 2018 Ford F-150 all day at work and no issues. Then you get into your RAM and most likely the difference of the pedals/positioning of feet/seat etc may be different enough to cause...
Good idea about the dealer, especially once you get the written quote you can see where you are at with the harness etc.
It may come down to the door panel and what the dealer has to flash(if any) if your current other parts are there. Then you can negotiate with a more "knowing" hand....then...
If you have not already, check out this thread on the deals that have been made in different locations:
https://5thgenrams.com/community/threads/price-negotiated-from-msrp.274/page-173
This can give you an idea as to the "good deals" going on...long thread---even if you look at the last 2-3...
Bobcat4956,
I am just a rookie in the tire game but will throw in my 2 cents. I went from the stock Nexen HTX 275/55/20's (34.8lbs) to the "retail" version Falken 275/60/20's (47. 8lbs). The retail version Falkens are slighty different than the stock version of the Falkens that come on some...
Nice!!!!
I fooled around with the back of the switch, that is about as far as I got. Did you slice into power behind center console (if so where?) or through firewall to battery?
As Matt T stated the items are differently priced based on your specfic vehicle. I looked up the REBEL and it seems cheaper---you will have to verify:
https://www.moparpartsinc.com/p/Ram_2019_1500-REBEL-Crew-Cab-57L-HEMI-V8/END-CAP-Console/75679588/6EF193X7AB.html
$293 for your REBEL part...
You can adjust your sensors in the uconnect panel thingy. I have not tried this yet. Instead, I let it beep and have gotten out a few times to see the distance, then got back in to adjust accordingly. Now when it beeps I know I am 6" away and can move forward 2-4 more inches to get little...
mike12193,
Can ya give us a picture almost down the nose to rear of vehicle so I can see how much the -18mm offset pushes the tires out please when you get a chance? Picture like my Profile/avatar pic thingy. Looks Great!!!!!
And....wiring for driver's door for the memory buttons in case your vehicle does not have same harness. I don't know what your vehicle has in it but here is some links to pricing in Limited and Rebel. You will have to research to see if your vehicle has the harness inside it/available.
It...
So, for those that have the memory seats....where is the memory buttons?????? LMAO....I don't see them on the schematic for the side of the driver seat. Buttons on door?
Edit---found it in Manual----driver's door has the buttons....so, that makes it very expensive as the door runs up...
and parts for ventilation....just in case for those that mentioned it....again don't know all that is needed but here are some of the parts to get us started:
DRIVER SEAT...
Great question Patsy1099!!!!
andyc16,
I am sure it is doable but to what extent cost wise worth/value along obstacles/procedures to make it happen as well.
Just off top of my head few things I can think of that may come into play---
-seat powered? YES--(patsy1099 again good start point!!!)...
Would be interesting to know how the Ford's lines/duct/parts are set up compared to our Ram's (the lines where the temp fixes have been discovered)?????
For those that are Not getting the low 50+/- degrees out of that vent, this still poses a problem for that percentage of people/trucks needing...
