I d do it before, if you look at it all , the sealant probabaly won t get INTO the crack anyway but the sealant blocks it from letting the water penetrate into the area. Just my 2 cent thought. I ran some around the third rear brake light too.
wonder if the threads are the same as the 2 bolts already in? It s a new model year so maybe they had to go back and re visit the box install ? Because I could see those washers not fitting without being in the way of the fuses. just guessing ?

My only issue here are the charge for your plugs and especially the labor.
