The HK system is insane. I test drove a ram in June with the HK system and laughed at how terrible it was and was going to order a truck with the Alpine system my previous truck had. After they did the update it blows the Alpine system out of the water in both clarity and power.
When I go over rough roads or bumps I can her a noise in the sunscreen area. When I bang on it I can hear it vibrate. Does anyone else have this noise or know of a fix? This is the only thing driving me nuts about this truck other then that I love it. Noises drive me crazy.
Kind of off topic but does anyone know if the 33 gallon tanks are now baffled? I don't feel that shove in my back when coming to a stop like I did in my 12.
Your truck looks fantastic. I would assume they don't rub as they are only slightly taller? Are they P rated as well?
Actually just looked the Nitto's site. Looks like I will have to go 305/45/22 to stay P rated. Not much taller then stock so that's a plus as well. Yours still looks great
I have always waxed my vehicle 3 times a year and I take pretty good care of it. Would like some input about ceramic coating and weather it's worth it or not?
I have had 2 Eco diesels previous to this vehicle and I totally forgot what I was missing. Love the power of the Hemi, I just ignore the MPG as much as it kills me. If I could get rid of the rattle noise where the sunroof screen rolls up I would be perfectly happy. This truck puts a big smile on...
I have had 2 eco's the first one blew up right after my 1st oil change and I traded it that day for another. Silly me. The 2nd eco took at all 6 injectors at 20k. I love the powerplant so much more than the Hemi but I will never go back . My experiment with diesel is over. Picking my new Hemi up...

Air suspension is not a new technology, it's been around for a long time and it's on the finest automobiles made. If you didn't order it you still get a great riding truck, but ask yourself why Benz, Porsche, Land Rover and many other fine vehicles opt for air suspension? I'll tell you why it's...
The air suspension is the best option you can add and a reason I have stayed with Ram. Get it you won't regret it. I have had 1 Ram without it and it rode very nice, the air suspension is the next level of ride quality.
3.55 is now available . I have had 2 truck with 3.55 and 1 with 3.92, they are very similar. My new truck has 3.21 so will see how it goes. I would get 3.92 if I was ordering again. I never saw a difference in mileage.
It's actually refreshing to see honest #'s. If you go on other Ram sites they would lead you to believe they are driving hybrids. Many of their numbers exceeded my eco diesels best. My previous Hemi's all got between 12 and 14 and I don't expect much better from this one. 395 hp and a 6000 pound...
Picking my 2019 Limited up Friday. Can't wait to get rid of my ecodiesel and get back to a hemi. The eco was a nightmare and very expensive to maintain. Hoping for a truck that I can enjoy for years without worry of breakdowns or engine loss.
All my Hemi's had this issue. The engine actually gives off a lot of harmonic vibration. If you look at the frame they have isolators all around it or the previous generation did anyway. It's usually worse in MDS mode. There is no fix for this.
