I know that. Im basically asking if it's worth it to pay more for speakers, but if my amp cant supply enough power for the more expensive speakers then is it a waste of money.
Hoping someone can help me out as I am not knowledgeable in the car audio department. I have the 8.4" 6 speaker system. I am just looking to upgrade speakers for a better sound/quality. If I'm understanding correctly the factory amp only supplies so much power to each speaker? So when looking...
I didnt notice too much of a difference. I guess if I had to pick a better ride it would be the 18 with the larger sidewall. I also have to mention I went to an all terrain tire, so I didnt expect the ride to be as smooth as the 18 all season tire, but I have no regrets at all.
You are exactly right. I had mopars and they looked terrible on my white truck. Got weathertechs now and love them. Took the mopars off in winter and they were full of frozen water and dirt. Probably 7lbs a piece lol
Yea, I searched for about 2 months. I found a set with the locking lugs shipped from cali to michigan for 550 total....I'm pretty sure I stole them. They seem to be running about 800ish plus shipping from what I've seen.
Bought a very basic big horn with the sport apperance package. Since I have added laramie wheels with 275 60 20 falken wildpeak at3w, 4x4 off road decal, chrome tow hooks with correct bezel, rebel floor mats, interior LEDs as well as 3rd brake light LEDs, and line x bed liner. So I now consider...
Yeah mine is only a 3% difference, so really not much. I got a gps app that shows real speed and I know at 70 it reads 68 and 50 reads 49 . Matches what the online calc said perfectly. Also I went from a 275/65/18 to a 275/60/20. Basically went up an inch from about a 32" to a 33" in overall...
Yes. Until I recal, my rule of thumb is up to 50 mph the speedometer is showing 1mph slower than you are actually going. 50 to 70 it reads 2mph slower than you are going and so on...this is just my general thinking. There are charts you can look up online to show you exact speeds
