I was just playing around on the Ram Build site and it would NOT allow me to get the off road group with a a 3.21 rear end. I was seeing what mine would cost if you built it without the BTS Edition.
I have a Built to Serve with the ORG and a 3.21. It is one of my only peeves. I wanted a 3.92...
Rippums seem less important now days. four bangers and Fords with smaller engines turbocharged are always working high rpms but some of em run for hundreds of thousands of miles (e.g. toyotas). But I must admit the Ford "ecoboost" always SEEMED to be pushing the envelope on trucks... A big...
2WD or 4WD? Having a 2015, when I visited home I'd always rent for the week I was there. I'd get the cheapest car there was online then as soon as I went to pick up, I almost always get a Ram for not too much difference at the pick up booth. I had a Pentastar a couple of times and once, I had a...
You may see a few posted, but most people will tend to fuzz them up somehow. And online you never know... Maybe someone doesn't like a response you make and for whatever reason decides to pursue you in some fashion. So, why not make things just a bit more difficult. I'm not too worried but as I...
Angel Phoenix said... "Thanks for clarifying. I saw some people in other forums/YouTube comment sections insisting that it accounted for a 150lbs driver, and some that it included 300lbs of people total. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to do that cause you have no idea how much...
Move to Montana...https://dojmt.gov/driving/plate-designs-and-fees/ On second thought, come visit spend money and go home. We won't make fun of your plate while you are here... Yeah, right... (jus joshin) I feel for you.
As I used to tell my Epidemiologist Employees... Don't make me do math.... It was nice posing questions, letting a bunch of highly intelligent young academics do the math... I can do it, I just hate it... And don't throw statistical significance at me, it really gets me going... BUT...
Living in MT, we have a lot of choices and really nice ones. You can order, or get what they have at the county DVM. I had like two on my list and wanted to coordinate with the Truck. My first choice was this https://media.dojmt.gov/wp-content/uploads/MFBN-UCThumb.jpg Unfortunately it is quite...
Dave Smith out of Idaho is supposedly the largest RAM dealer in the country. People fly in to pick them up because as the salesman told me they did NOT change how they sell trucks during Covid or now. He said to be honest they might not give you as much on a used trade in now as maybe some other...
Speaking of propane tanks... I do not like 30 pounders. One, full they are around 18 lbs heavier than 20 pounders each. Two, you have to fill them, you cannot just switch em out at a gas station, almost any gas station that it seems like almost all have 20 pounders. Twenty pounders sit nice and...
30 lb propane tanks full are like at 55 lbs. A 20 lb tank is like 37 lbs. A Group 24 battery is right at 45 lbs...AND then at least 60 lb's for a weight distribution hitch. I'm looking at switching out my 30 lb tanks for two 20 pounders...and not for weight. I'm doing it for convenience...
Yes, it is first ding syndrome but you would think they would at least use black plastic underneath... And yes, I thought of the black paint approach and will likely do that but wondered if anyone else had it happening. I am sure it is just the first and after a few years, it will be truly...
I had the OEM six in the 2015 and it actually had pretty decent sound. The Alpine 9 is awesome. I'm hearing some people say the Harmon Kardon 19 isn't worth it vs the Alpine 9...in general... Of course it is all subjective... I frankly love the Alpine 9.
