Do all RAM’s come with ANC and if not how do you if you have it or not? I have the Alpine speakers and am interested in this upgrade for the front two at least not sure about the rest or do I need all three to make it worth the while. Thanks
I do not have the LED headlights, does this mean I also do not have LED taillights, and therefore can us the DD led’s? How can I tell for sure? Also my tailgate is also rubbing, also have the license bracket on order which will probably make matters worse , I may try to cancel.
3.21 seems to be the common link to better MPG’s with this 8 speed. I enjoy my 3.92 and have had some good mpg on 200-300 mile trips (19-20), but around town 14-15 is best I expect to see, also 2 WD. Country roads or 60-65 does good, but once u are in 70-80’s drops back down.
Yeah, I kinda figured the total lumens from the bar would be superior as well as a wider band of light vs two bulbs ( although DD offered some hi powered options vs stock), thanks for reply
As posted prior, I have installed and it is great, however did anyone try to just replace their reverse bulbs with LEDs and what was issue. Diode dynamics lists reverse bulb replacements for the 2019 1500 for both LED or halogen from factory. $20 vs $100 plus wiring. Again I love this mod but...
Replaced vanity bulbs with LED’s from Diode Dynamics, also washed yesterday and quick detail, hotter than a mother today 99 degrees , sorry for head shot in mirror, lol.
I want to thank everyone who posted step by step pics for this mod. Received my LPR today, installed and ready to go. Backing out of my drive at night has been a guessing game and now I will be able to see!!! waiting for sundown! Also waiting on VLeds license plate bracket which is on back...
Behind plate there are two push pins with no function , I removed one reamed it out (plastic) with screw driver and ran wite thru hole pulled grommet flush against. I have bighorn maybe yours is different?
Like I said this was best so far with 4,000 miles, usually see around 17 on Houston highways, this was a moderate 65-70 mpg drive over flat terrain. Reading all the threads the 3.21’s are the better performers being reported, especially on highways where can stay under 2000 rpms at higher...
I have a December 2018 build date and the flash was done a week ago and seems to have corrected the problem for me. Going on short road trip this weekend Texas and Louisiana, will see how it performs in the heat
