Check with your dealer. I put a factory (Mopar) one in mine, and I'm thrilled with it. There not like the old hard plastic ones. They have a rubber non slip coating. Nice.

Normal with no adjustment that I know of. I actually like them this way. Better than some others out there that are super bright. And if you notice - they stay on with your blinker. All the others I've seen go off with the turn signal. Maybe that's why they are dimmer, possible fed requirement...

Same for me. Slight downward angle leaving the driveway. Happens every time unless I "creep" out. I just turn off the auto braking.
