I posted something similar re: 295’s but with 20x9’s and -12 offset and, based on some responses and other research, I’m thinking you should be ok on the height (esp with your lift) and, depending on stock offset, the width as well. What is the OEM wheel/tire size/offset on the rebel? My...
I don’t have the 22’s so have to ask what size the OEM tires are? If you went up on tire size you’ll probably have to figure out whether the rubbing is due to increase in tire width or sidewall. If it’s the width some simple math would suffice to figure out spacer size to compensate for wider...
Pics would be great. My wheels and tires came in, yesterday and just waiting for my TPMS sensors before I get everything mounted onto the truck. would love to know what I might have to get into beforehand - hopefully I won’t have any rubbing issues but fingers crossed.
Yes, I was just as surprised that the snaps aren't merely just cosmetic, but functional as well. I found this out ironically when I was putting in the all-weather mats lol
I was originally indifferent about it but the Limited I looked at (and ended up getting) checked all of the boxes in terms of options, packages and colors I wanted and just so happened to include the rambox. I've come to love their functionality and added storage space (who doesn't love extra...
Thank you, sir. The ORG was one of my non-negotiables so I never considered the 22's even though I'd likely end up replacing the wheels/tires anyway. I had 22's on my Escalade and while they looked nice, the ride was awful and tires were $$$.
I felt the same way but ended up getting the OEM all-weather mats even though they don't match my indigo/frost interior. Drives my OCD crazy but the factory Limited mats are too nice to mess up IMO.
Hey all, I’m getting ready to pull the trigger on a new set of aftermarket wheels. They will be 20x9 and 6x5.5 bolt pattern (same as my OEM ORG wheels) just -12mm offset to compensate for the wider tires I’lol be throwing on.
My question: do I need to buy aftermarket lug nuts to accommodate...
So if you “break” the preset chain by going up or down a channel (using the forward/back steering wheel buttons) pressing the center button starts the presets over at the beginning, again. Don’t have to put down your coffee this way.
EDIT: damn, someone beat me to the punch on this one.
I’m literally running into this issue now...I’ve gone through probably 5-6 sets of wheels with both companies and only one is actually available in stock and it’s my least favorite. But I’ve actually sourced everything separate and will probably end up having to go that route instead of the...
I had my fronts done a little darker (~13% or so) than the factory rears to compensate for the light from the windshield. Have done this on my past 3-4 cars (all SUV's) and I think it matches as close as you could probably get save for getting actual tinted glass.
Hey all, I'm about to endeavor on my first major mod on the truck - throwing on 20x9 -12 wheels and 295/60 tires. Does everyone generally get an alignment done after new wheels/tires? My new setup will be larger overall than stock so the angles of everything will definitely change.
Also, does...
Hey all, I'm looking to pick up a new set of wheels/tires in 20x9 -12 on 295/60r20 and have decided on what I want. I've come across both Extreme Customs and of course Custom Offsets (widely known in the truck community) and wanted to gather experiences anyone has had on the former since there...
Ironically mine doesn’t include the actual windows...sunroof on tilt/vent or open, rear window open. Allows for great airflow without wind blowing directly in my face.
Thanks! Yeah, the interior is what really drew me to the Limited. I was cross shopping a Longhorn w/the saddle/black interior at first since I liked facets of the exterior better (esp the wheels) but ultimately decided that the interior is where I will spend all of my time and I’d more than...
Thx for the update...after thinking it over a bit more I think I’ve decided to go with -12 w/the 295’s instead of +19 (which would likely require spacers). If my math is right that would result in ~1.25” push outwards with the tire only gaining ~0.8” of width netting a delta of ~1/2” further...
