No, trust me, I get it and why my next will most likely NOT be a Ram. I don't recall 2019s sitting at the dealers with CELs, but then again I didn't have issues needing to be fixed.
Why did Stellantis completely redo the entire truck but not the sheet metal? Seems *** backwards to me. To the...
My apologies.
It's hard to say what your issue is, but glad you know the codes.
No confusion here... these are your posts (must have missed the one you quoted above)...
From those, it sounded like you were defending the Hurricane.
But then I see this one, why on earth did you buy a '25...
No axe to grind, I've owned twin turbo pickups before. My 2.7 was flawless and the 3.5 ate a turbo (but Ford fixed it quickly).
Stellantis just seems to be screwing Ram with this '25 launch and the Hurricane doesn't appear to be helping.
You seemed awful quick to defend the Hurricane, then...
Sucks to see this, but 8 codes? Did you get a listing of what they are?
Weren't you just saying the other day how great the Hurricane is?
Sure glad many of you are breaking this in for Stellantis, it'll be resolved long before I buy another truck...
The Wagoneer isn't throwing CELs like the Ram is...
I don't have a dog in this fight, but tell it to the guys with 2025s that are parked at the dealer, awaiting a fix...
I'll ask again...
The answer is, they are not! Stellantis got something wrong with the Hurricane in the Ram and have yet to come up with a resolution...
I thought it overheated during one of TFLTs tests?
And IIRC, someone on here yesterday said they wanted to tear his Hurricane down over the CEL issue...
You said it yourself earlier, you wouldn't buy a new Stellantis...
Is it? New engines being torn down over misfire CELs that they can't resolve?
Guys who can't hack in and add options / enable factory power steps?
Once Stellantis figures it out, sure. IMO, very small improvements over...
They made it harder for the end user to modify. From the consumers perspective, largely unchanged aside from the engine.
It's a mild refresh...
How's the average driver perceive it? Largely unchanged.
